How do I get my contests featured on Squadhelp homepage?
After launching your contest, simply send us an email at service@squadhelp.com requesting the contest to be featured on the homepage. We will upgrade your contest (at no additional cost) and feature it on the homepage. (Note: The free home page listing is limited to two contests only)
Can I cancel this package after it is purchased?
You can cancel this package for any reason within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the package price (minus any listing fees for the contests that you had already hosted using this package).
Why should I buy this package vs. paying individually
If you are planning on hosting more than 2-3 contests at Squadhelp, it might be more economical to purchase this package. This will allow you to save $25 listing fees every time you host a contest. In addition, you also get two of your contests featured on the home page for maximum visibility.
Does the satisfaction guarantee still apply for my contests?
Absolutely, we stand by our satisfaction guarantee and the same rules would apply to all of your contests.
I have already launched a contest. Can I buy the unlimited package now and be receive listing fee credit for my previous contest?
Absolutely. Simply contact us at service@squadhelp.com after purchasing the unlimited listing package and we will issue $25 credit for your previous contest. Note - you are only eligible for a maximum of $25 credit.
