- Hi everyone! I am looking for a domain name for a vacation home rentals site that I am starting. Think more in terms of a business brand name instead of a literal term. On the site, users can search for vacation homes (including castles, villas, farmhouses, etc) to rent anywhere in the world. To see an example of the type of site I am talking about you can visit homeaway.com
The name needs to be short, memorable and catchy. I'd like it to be casual in nature to reflect our friendly and open minded approach. It can be something totally random that just sounds good but preference will be given to those who can find creative ways to suggest our services within the name. Ideally it will be easy to say and spell for people to pass it on via word of mouth.
The name must be available as .com domain without hyphens.
One important thing to note, and I would like to emphasize (whether in the domain name or somewhere else), is that the rentals will be directly from owners, no third parties involved.
Another important aspect of the site, is that visitors will be living more like a local then they would if they stayed in a hotel.
