- The Goal is to create an interesting short video that will show how Etch-it tags work, yet be interesting enough for someone to pass it on and go viral.
My video Idea is -- to see The entire video shot with a solid white back ground and shot as a point of view angle. (seeing what the user sees when they create on an etch-it cup) The all white back ground will allow the bright colors of the cup (with an Etch-it Tag on it) to be the center of attention and hopefully deliver a simple, artsy feel to the video.
My Music choice would be the music (with out the words being sang) from Dee Lites “Groove is in the Heart”
Scene 1 – Shot of the Etch-it Tags package with the etch-it tags logo in top left corner of the shot. And maybe some text that says No pens needed and or Never lose your drink.
Scene 2 – hands come into the shot from scene one and remove an etch-it tag from the package and apply it to a cup.
Scene 3 – the hands (shot at a point of view angle) etch a simple name with a simple design on to the cup,, then a new cup appears in the hands and the hands etch another cup with a more detailed interesting artistic cup. Then maybe a 3rd and maybe even a 4rth cup or more and the art gets more intense. This is were we have viral potential, cool art being created is fun to watch. However we need to show some simple names and art first so consumers get the concept and see that its very simple to make something cool.
Scene 4 -- Closing shot of the package of Etch-it Tags (or the package of Etch-it Tags along with the creative etch-it cups.) and closing text which could include where to buy/ etch-it.com and maybe a closing statement like Do you Party? Never lose your drink , Express your personality, K-Etch-U-Later” etc etc.
I would like to see the above video howver its not the only idea out there, You people out there show me some ideas,
