  • We are a Houston, Texas based commercial real estate company that provides the following services:

    1. Brokerage Services
    2. Consulting and Valuation Services
    3. Commercial Real Estate Acquisition & Investment

    The company is managed by three partners who have over $2 billion combined acquisition and development experience and have done over $1.5 billion in debt valuation / underwriting. All three partners have institutional real estate backgrounds (JP Morgan, Hines, Lionstone Group) but have an entrepreneurial spirit. We have worked on all property types in numerous markets, but are currently focusing our efforts on Texas markets.
    Key Criteria for a name:

    1. The name should project quality, strength, stability and intellect
    2. The name should be easy to spell and pronounce
    3. The name should have some meaning that would be easy to explain to a client as to why we selected the name
    Our current company name is Gracchus Capital and our website is www.gracchuscapital.com

    Once the naming process is complete, we intend to rebrand with a new logo and website.

    One point of clarification. We are not residential realtors or house flippers. We work in commercial real estate (Office, retail, industrial, multifamily).

    Additional Guidance:

    1. We prefer short names to long names.

    2. We are open to the idea of incorporating the Houston and / or Texas theme into the name, but do not want to do so by simply adding the word(s) Houston and/or Texas to the name.
