    A next generation, market first 3D mobile device app to be used to better manage the operations of buildings and infrastructure. The product provides a navigable “game-like” 3D representation of a facility that can be used to view and analyse its equipment and systems (e.g. before I drill into it, what is behind this wall?). Most buildings are still being run with spanners and spreadsheets as the tools of the trade. The manual processes often leave maintenance teams with little or no critical information and zero insight to a facility’s structure and layout. The result is an asset which isn’t maintained at optimum efficiency. This app will be used to help maintenance teams in the field diagnose issues by giving them access to a 3D model that they can navigate and manipulate to hide elements, isolate and trace the layout of systems, and then access the critical documentation and historical data linked to equipment and building elements. There is no other comparable app in the market. It will be an integral part of a wider, asset management software platform that is used through the entire lifetime of a building, from design to demolition.
