- Our firm provides process oriented consulting services to individuals who are considered fiduciaries of company sponsored retirement plans, mainly 401(k) plans. CEO's, HR execs, possibly even a rank-in-file employee selected to sit on a committee need to have processes in place so that employees are satisfied and have trust in the individuals charged with overseeing the management of the plan.
