1. You acknowledge that the domain name being submitted is owned by you and you have the ability to transfer the name to the contest holder if you win the contest
2. If your name is selected as winner, you will receive the award prize for the contest. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for transferring your name to the contest holder.
3. You agree to transfer the ownership of domain name to the contest holder within 3 business days of winning the contest.
4. Failure to transfer ownership of the domain name to the contest holder or asking for any additional compensation are grounds for immediate account suspension.
