We want to turn the ‘one size fits all’ approach to health information on its head—applying true personalization that will actually answer people’s questions. Not just “what could be wrong?” (the internet has that one covered), but the actual, actionable questions, like “what should I do?”

People! (Who are looking for better information/guidance to make better decisions about their health and the health of their loved ones. (e.g. What to do, when to see a doctor, which doctor to see, how much it will cost, etc) Ages 27 - 45; the family decision maker or "family health influencer"; often families or individuals with high-deductible health plans who are concerned about cost; caretakers; people living with chronic illnesses. People who need and want help, but can't find it and don't have the time or expertise to research it themselves.
While data and personalization have revolutionized other industries, consumer’s access to health guidance is stuck in a one-size-fits-all rut. I saw this first hand as a practicing pharmacist, and I hear it every day as I talk to stakeholders across the industry. We’re long overdue for a paradigm shift, and I’m excited to help reimagine the health information experience of the future.
Our business model is not driven by advertising and/or selling people's data.
