    Innoval provides BPO services that support the revenue cycle management activities for health care and telecommunication companies. We deliver technology, skilled representatives, financial analysis and detailed reporting platforms to improve the billing and recovery of accounts receivable. This requires a deep dive approach to locate inefficiencies within existing client billing strategies, identify potential resolutions and rapidly deploy employee and management teams to work health care claims and telecommunication accounts before they are charged off and sent to collections. We operate as advocates to improve dialog between patients or customers, determine the cause of the problem, and where possible, identify solutions to improve outcomes. This requires a broad based skill set that includes document imaging of health care claims and invoices, verification of data submitted by patients and customers that is used to create an account which is billed and ideally collected, and analysis of unpaid balances to determine why the debt hasn't been paid and what can be done to recover it. We therefore serve three basic functions: Back office support, which means key entering claims, scanning documents to support charges, verifying eligibility of insurance coverage, coding claims following provider and government guidelines to create a record that can be submitted to an insurance company. Patient/Customer Outreach: We telephone, send invoices, letters, emails or chat to parties who owe amounts due and in many cases, talk to their insurance companies to advocate for a prompt resolution of the balance. In the case of consumer debt, if a customer is a victim of fraud or disputes charges, we investigate the claim and attempt to resolve the problem to retain the customer. Technology: We host a secure cloud to hold client accounts and generate reports, business intelligence and detailed analysis which is used to track our performance, identify best practices which provides can deploy upstream and make communication convenient and progress status visible to all stake holders in the revenue cycle.
